Every conclusion this site can reach about a jurisdiction is computed on some earlier page and then left there. This screen assembles them: what the public data says, what you recorded as you worked, and — just as plainly — which questions the public data cannot answer for this place. About half of Colorado’s 546 jurisdictions fall into that last group, so “not enough evidence” here is a finding, not a failure.
