Housing structure mix

ACS DP04 share of housing units by building type. Multifamily (5+ unit) buildings are the focus of LIHTC and conventional rental development.

LIHTC & affordable inventory

Pulled from CHFA LIHTC, CHFA Preservation, HUD multifamily-assisted, and USDA Rural Development datasets. Property-level data is unified in data/affordable-housing/properties.json.

Year placed in service (LIHTC, by decade)

LIHTC siting characteristics

Tenure, rent & cost burden

Tenure split

Renter cost-burden distribution (% of HH income on rent)
