Important: the underlying dataset is a synthesized sample assembled from CHFA's
public award announcements (see data/policy/chfa-awards-historical.json \u2014
meta.note field). Use the CHFA-sourced panels only for directional calibration;

LIHTC Stock Trajectory (HUD Database)
Cumulative Colorado LIHTC projects placed-in-service over time (line, left axis) with annual placement counts (bars, right axis). Shows when each wave of state investment landed \u2014 the mid-2010s multifamily expansion, the 2019\u20132021 acceleration, and the lag from allocation to placement.
